ARCTIC ORGANS

Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you use arcticorgans.com or start an Arctic Organs subscription. Plain English, no small print games.

1. Who we are

Arctic Organs sells Reindeer Organ Complex direct to customers worldwide through this website, arcticorgans.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Arctic Organs. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

The fastest way to reach a human is email. Write to hello@arcticorgans.com and we will come back to you. You can also use our contact page.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms sit alongside our privacy policy, our shipping policy and our refund policy. Read all four. Together they are the whole agreement between you and us.

Nothing in these terms removes any legal right you have as a consumer in your own country. Where your local consumer law gives you more protection than these terms, that law applies.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to order from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and that the payment method you use is yours or that you have permission to use it.

Our product is made for healthy adults. It is not intended for children, and it is not intended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking prescription medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are preparing for surgery, speak to your doctor before taking any food supplement, including ours.

4. About the product

Reindeer Organ Complex is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Each jar holds 60 capsules, which is 30 servings. A serving is 2 capsules, taken each morning with your biggest meal. The capsules contain freeze dried reindeer liver, reindeer heart, reindeer kidney and beef testicle, plus rhodiola rosea root, sea buckthorn fruit, nettle leaf and peppermint leaf. Other ingredients are the gelatin capsule and rice hulls.

Full ingredient amounts per serving are listed on the product page and on the jar. Always read the label before you take anything. Do not exceed the stated serving. A food supplement is not a replacement for a varied diet and a sensible lifestyle.

Where we describe what the ingredients do, we are describing the nutrients they contain and what our customers report. Individual results vary, and we do not promise any specific outcome for any individual.

Some ingredients are not permitted, or are regulated differently, in some countries. You are responsible for checking that the product can lawfully be imported into the country you are shipping to before you order.

5. How the subscription works

Arctic Organs is sold on subscription only. There is no one time purchase.

  • When you subscribe, your first jar is dispatched straight away and you are charged on the day you order.
  • After that, you are billed and dispatched every four weeks, automatically, on the same card or payment method, until you cancel.
  • Each billing date starts a new four week cycle. Delivery times are on top of the billing date, so order early in the cycle if you are running low.
  • Your subscription has no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Use the manage subscriptions page, or email hello@arcticorgans.com and we will do it for you.

A cancellation stops all future charges. To be safe, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If an order has already been billed and packed, we cannot stop it in transit, but you can send it back under our refund policy.

You can also ask us to pause your subscription, change the delivery address, change the payment card, or change the gap between deliveries. Email us and we will set it up.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again over the following days and let you know by email. If it keeps failing, we may pause or cancel the subscription. Nothing is dispatched until payment clears. Keeping your card and address details up to date is your responsibility.

6. Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown on the product page. The currency you see depends on the country you are shopping from, and the amount charged to your card is the amount shown at checkout in that currency.

We can change prices at any time. If we change the price of an active subscription, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before the next billing date if you do not want to continue.

Payment is taken at checkout and then on each renewal date. We take payment through our payment providers, and we never store your full card details ourselves.

Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown at checkout. Import duties, customs charges and local handling fees are not included and are not ours to collect. They are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. See our shipping policy for the detail.

Your bank's exchange rate, and any fee it adds for a foreign transaction, are between you and your bank.

7. Orders and when the contract starts

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we send you an order confirmation email. If you do not get a confirmation, the order has not gone through, so check with us before trying again.

We can refuse or cancel an order. The usual reasons are an obvious pricing or listing error, a payment we cannot verify, an address we cannot ship to, a suspected fraudulent or resale order, or a legal restriction in the destination country. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

We try to keep every detail on this site accurate, but small differences in label artwork, jar design and packaging can happen between batches. Photographs are a guide to the product, not an exact match.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk

We ship worldwide. We hold our own stock, so nothing waits on a supplier.

  • One to two working days to pick and pack your order.
  • Three to five working days in transit.
  • About five working days in total for most destinations.

Those are working days, not calendar days, and they are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks, weather, strikes and remote destinations can add time, and none of that is within our control.

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel is lost or returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we are not obliged to replace it free of charge.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, or to a safe place or neighbour at the courier's discretion. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us within seven days with photographs and we will sort it out.

You can follow your parcel on our track my order page.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, and the full detail is in our refund policy. The short version:

  • Message us first. Email hello@arcticorgans.com before you send anything back. Returns posted without contacting us first cannot be tracked to your order and may not be refunded.
  • We will confirm whether a return is needed and give you the address to send it to.
  • Once a refund is agreed, we process it within three to seven working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase, such as the cooling off period in the UK and the EU, that right stands in addition to our guarantee and is explained in the refund policy.

10. Your account and acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

When you use this site, you agree not to:

  • Buy for resale, or present yourself as an authorised stockist or distributor without our written agreement.
  • Scrape, copy, mirror or republish any part of the site, or use automated tools to place orders or harvest data.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or upload anything malicious.
  • Post reviews or messages that are false, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or someone else's content.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the rules of your own country.

If you break these rules we can close your account, cancel your subscription and refuse future orders.

If you send us ideas, reviews, photographs or other content, you give us permission to use it on our site, in our emails and in our advertising, without payment. You keep ownership of it, and you confirm it is yours to share.

11. Our content and brand

The Arctic Organs name, our logo, our packaging, our photographs, our text, our product formulation documents and the design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights.

You may look at the site and print or save pages for your own personal use. You may not use our brand, images or copy for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketplace listings or competing products, without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

We stand behind what we sell. Within the limits of the law, the following applies.

We are responsible to you for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity.

Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for a breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We also are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier failure, customs delays, strikes, extreme weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, epidemic, or the failure of a public network or payment provider.

13. Indemnity

If you break these terms, you agree to cover us for any claim, loss, cost or reasonable legal fee that we face as a result. This covers things like ordering for resale, importing the product into a country where it is not permitted, giving us false account or payment details, or misusing our brand or content.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

Before anything formal, email us. Almost every problem we have ever had was fixed by one honest email.

15. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms, for example when we change how the subscription works, when we add a shipping destination, or when the law changes. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date below tells you when it last changed.

If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will email you before it takes effect. Carrying on using the site or the subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Other points

  • If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • We can transfer this agreement to another business, for example if the company is sold. Your rights are not reduced if we do.
  • This contract is between you and us. No one else can enforce it.

17. How to contact us

Email hello@arcticorgans.com for anything at all, including orders, subscriptions, returns, ingredients and shipping. Our FAQ answers most questions faster than we can.
