ARCTIC ORGANS
What is inside
Eight ingredients. Three reindeer organs, one bull organ and four northern herbs, freeze dried and capped. Here is every one of them, and the full amounts.
Reindeer Organ Complex has eight ingredients. Four of them are animal, four of them are plants that grow where the ground is hard. There is no ninth ingredient hiding in a blend name.
The organs are freeze dried, which means the water is pulled out at low temperature rather than cooked out. The herbs are dried and milled cold. Nothing in the jar has been heated to the point where it stops being food.
Below is what each one carries and what those nutrients are there to support. The exact amounts are further down the page.
The organs
Men used to eat the whole animal. Most no longer do. The parts that got dropped are the parts that carried the nutrition, and that is the gap this formula was built to fill.
The reindeer is the reason we use reindeer. It covers roughly five thousand kilometres a season on lichen, moss and birch, in cold that most livestock would not survive. Cattle stand still and are brought their food. The animal that works harder builds denser organs.
Reindeer liver
Liver is where the animal stores what it cannot afford to lose. It is the single most nutrient dense food you can put in your mouth.
Reindeer liver carries retinol, which is the ready made form of vitamin A, along with vitamin B12, copper, iron, riboflavin and folate. That group sits behind normal red blood cell formation, oxygen delivery around the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin A and copper also support normal immune function.
If you are flat by the middle of the afternoon, this is the part of the blend pointed at it.
Reindeer kidney
Kidney is the selenium organ. It also carries vitamin B12, riboflavin, iron and vitamin B2.
Selenium is one of very few minerals with a direct line to male reproduction. It supports normal sperm formation, normal thyroid function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The thyroid part matters more than most men realise, because it sits upstream of energy, body temperature and how fast you burn through a day.
It is a small organ with a specific job, and it is in here for that job alone.
Reindeer heart
Heart is muscle that never gets to stop, and it is built accordingly. It is one of the richest natural sources of CoQ10 and carnitine, and it carries vitamin B12, riboflavin, iron and copper on top.
Carnitine carries fatty acids into the mitochondria, which is where fat is actually burned. CoQ10 sits in the same machinery, on the step that turns fuel into usable energy.
This is the ingredient for the man whose training has stopped paying him back.
Beef testicle
The one ingredient that is not reindeer. Bull testicle is whole gonadal tissue, and it is in the formula for what that tissue is made of.
It carries zinc and selenium, the two minerals most closely tied to normal testosterone levels and normal fertility, along with the cholesterol and peptide fractions your own body builds androgens from. Cholesterol is the raw material at the start of that pathway, not a problem to be avoided.
Nothing here replaces your own production. It feeds it.
The four northern herbs
The herbs are not decoration and they are not there to pad the label. Each one does a job the organs do not do, and all four grow in cold, poor ground, which is where plants put their energy into chemistry instead of size.
Sea buckthorn fruit
A hard orange berry that grows on thorned scrub in sand, salt and wind, where almost nothing else bothers. It is the northern answer to citrus and it carries far more vitamin C than an orange does.
Sea buckthorn gives you vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids and omega 7, a fatty acid you will struggle to find anywhere else in a normal diet. Those support normal immune function, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and normal skin.
It also works alongside the organ fraction. Vitamin C supports the normal absorption of the iron sitting next to it in the capsule.
Nettle leaf
Nettle is a weed to most people and a food supply to anyone who has ever had to live off the land. The leaf is dense in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and silica, and it carries vitamin K and chlorophyll.
In the north it was the first green thing picked once the snow went, drunk for weeks as a spring tonic by people who had been on dried meat all winter. We use it the same way. It is the mineral floor under the rest of the formula, and magnesium and iron both contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Rhodiola rosea root
A low mountain plant from the Scandinavian and Siberian cold, used for centuries by people whose work did not stop because they were tired. Its named active compounds are the rosavins and salidroside.
Rhodiola supports normal energy metabolism, and it is taken for holding your head under load, mental and physical. It is the reason this formula reads as steady rather than wired.
There is no caffeine in this jar and nothing in it is a stimulant.
Peppermint leaf
The smallest amount in the blend, and the one with a job rather than a headline. Organ powder taken on a near empty stomach can sit heavily. Peppermint has been used to settle a stomach for as long as anyone has written anything down.
Five milligrams is enough to keep the capsule sitting easily and to take the edge off the smell for anyone who opens one. It is not enough to make it taste like a sweet, and it was never meant to.
Supplement facts
Serving size is two capsules. There are 30 servings in a jar, which is 60 capsules.
Amounts shown are per serving of two capsules.
- Arctic Organ Blend, 337.50 mg. Freeze dried reindeer liver, freeze dried reindeer kidney, freeze dried reindeer heart, freeze dried beef testicle.
- Rhodiola rosea root, 33.75 mg.
- Sea buckthorn fruit, 28.75 mg.
- Nettle leaf, 16.87 mg.
- Peppermint leaf, 5 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin capsule, rice hulls.
That is the whole list. Eight actives, a capsule and the small amount of rice hull that keeps the powder moving cleanly into it.
How to take it
Two capsules each morning with your biggest meal. Vitamin A, vitamin E and the carotenoids all need fat to cross over, so food matters here. Taken on an empty stomach you get less of what you paid for.
Thirty seconds, every morning, before anything else. A jar runs 30 days and the next one arrives every four weeks, so you are never counting capsules at the end of the month.
What is not in it
- No gluten. Nothing in the formula comes from wheat, barley or rye.
- No sugar and no sweeteners. Not sugar, not sucralose, not stevia, not sugar alcohols. There is nothing to sweeten, because you swallow it.
- No fillers. Nothing in here is bulked out to make the milligram count look bigger. Rice hulls are in the capsule to keep the powder flowing on the line, and that is their only purpose.
- Non GMO. Every ingredient is a whole organ or a whole plant part.
- No pesticides or herbicides. The herbs are not sprayed and the animals are not grazed on sprayed ground.
- No hormone disruptors. No soy, no synthetic colours, no artificial flavours, no preservatives.
- No heating of the herbs. Heat is quick and cheap and it costs you the volatile compounds you are buying the plant for. Ours are dried and milled cold, which is slower and holds on to the chemistry.
No proprietary blend games either. Every amount on this page is a real number and you can see exactly where it goes.
