About the product

What is Reindeer Organ Complex?

Freeze dried reindeer liver, reindeer heart and reindeer kidney, with beef testicle, blended with four northern herbs. 60 capsules per jar, 30 servings, two capsules a serving.

It is a food supplement. Organ meat and herbs, dried and put into a capsule. Nothing is synthesised, nothing is added to make a number look better on a label.

Men used to eat the whole animal. Most no longer do. This is the part that got left behind, put back in a form you can actually take every morning.

Why reindeer organs, why not beef?

A reindeer covers thousands of kilometres a season across open ground and eats what it finds, lichen, moss, grasses and herbs. Cattle stand still and are brought their food. The animal that moves and forages is not the same animal on the inside.

We use liver, heart and kidney because each one does a different job. Liver is the densest source of the nutrients the body runs on, iron, copper, vitamin A and B vitamins. Heart tissue is where carnitine sits. Kidney carries selenium and B12.

Beef testicle is the one tissue we cannot source from reindeer herds in any consistent volume at food grade, so that part is beef. We would rather say so than pretend.

What is in it, exactly?

Per serving, which is two capsules:

• Arctic Organ Blend, 337.50 mg. Freeze dried reindeer liver, reindeer heart, reindeer kidney and beef testicle.
• Rhodiola rosea root, 33.75 mg.
• Sea buckthorn fruit, 28.75 mg.
• Nettle leaf, 16.87 mg.
• Peppermint leaf, 5 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin capsule, rice hulls. That is the whole list. No sweeteners, no colours, no flavourings, no proprietary blend hiding behind a trademark.

The capsule is gelatin, so it is not suitable if you avoid animal products. The rest of the jar is animal tissue, so the same applies.

Is it safe?

It is food, dried. It is not a hormone, not a steroid and not a drug, and it contains nothing synthetic.

Two capsules a day is the serving. Do not take more. Liver is naturally high in vitamin A, so do not stack it with cod liver oil or a high dose vitamin A supplement on top.

Speak to your doctor first if you are on medication, managing a health condition, or booked in for surgery. Not for under 18s. Not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, again because of the vitamin A in liver.

It was built for men, and men are who we write for, but there is nothing in it that only a man can take.

Keep the jar closed, dry and out of direct sun. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Does it taste or smell of organ meat?

You swallow the capsule, so you taste nothing. Open one and it smells like dried meat and mint, because that is exactly what it is.

No repeat on you afterwards, which is the usual complaint with fish oils and with raw liver taken by the spoon.

Taking it

How do I take it?

Two capsules each morning with your biggest meal. 30 seconds, before anything else gets in the way.

With food, not on an empty stomach. Vitamin A and vitamin K from liver are fat soluble, so a meal with some fat in it is the sensible place to put them.

Morning is the habit we recommend because it is the one men actually keep. If your biggest meal is the evening, take them then instead. Consistency beats timing.

Can I take it with my medication?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and show them the label before you start. We are not able to tell you how this sits with a prescription, and anyone selling you a supplement who claims they can is guessing with your health.

Blood thinners, blood pressure medication, thyroid medication, antidepressants and anything affecting mood or sleep are the ones worth asking about specifically. Email us at hello@arcticorgans.com if you want the full ingredient list in a form you can hand over.

Can I take it alongside my other supplements?

Creatine, protein, magnesium, vitamin D, electrolytes, fish oil at a normal dose, none of that fights with this.

The one thing to check is overlap. If your multivitamin already carries a big dose of retinol, or you take cod liver oil, you are stacking vitamin A from two directions. Pick one.

If you already take a desiccated beef organ product, there is no reason to run both. Finish it, then switch.

What if I miss a day, and do I need to come off it?

Miss a day, take your two the next morning. Do not double up to catch up.

There is no cycling on and off. This is food, not a stimulant, and there is nothing to build a tolerance to. Men who get the most out of it are the ones still taking it on their fourth jar and their tenth.

The point is not to feel a hit on day one. The point is that in three months you do not recognise the version of yourself who started.

Results

When will I feel it?

Be realistic. This is nutrition, not a stimulant, so it works at the speed your body rebuilds.

What men tell us, in order:

• First week. The mid afternoon drop gets smaller. Mornings get easier.
• Two to three weeks. Sleep gets deeper. Training feels like it is going somewhere again.
• Around 30 days. Drive, mood and the middle. This is usually when somebody else comments before you do.

Some men feel the energy side inside a few days. Some take six weeks. Both are normal. Judge it at the end of your second jar, not on day four.

What is actually happening over the first 30 days?

We are not going to tell you a capsule rewrites your biology. What it does is hand your body raw materials it has been short of, in the form it recognises.

• Iron, B12 and B vitamins from liver. Nutrients involved in normal red blood cell formation and oxygen transport, and which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Carnitine from heart tissue. Carnitine's job is carrying fatty acids into the mitochondria, which is where fat is actually burned.
• Zinc, selenium and cholesterol from organ tissue. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and cholesterol is the molecule the androgen pathway is built from. We feed the raw materials. Your body does the building.
• Rhodiola, sea buckthorn, nettle and peppermint. The northern botanical side, used for generations in the places where winter is long.

What if it does not work for me?

Take it properly for 30 days. If nothing has changed, email hello@arcticorgans.com and tell us. We do not ask you to prove anything and we do not put you through a script.

Message us before you post anything back, so we can give you the right address and reference. Once a refund is agreed it is processed within three to seven working days. The detail is in the refund policy.

Your subscription

Why is it subscription only?

Because one jar proves nothing. The men who get the change are the ones who are still taking it in month three, and a single purchase quietly sets you up to fail and then blame the product.

It also means we make and hold stock against orders we know are coming, which is how the quality stays where it is and how your refill goes out the day it is due.

So there is no one time purchase. Every order is a subscription, delivered every four weeks, and you can stop it whenever you want.

When does my refill come?

Every four weeks from the date of your first order. One jar is 30 servings, so you have a couple of days in hand rather than running dry waiting on the post.

We email you before each refill is charged and sent, so nothing lands as a surprise on your statement. What you pay on your first order is what you pay on every order after it, for as long as the subscription runs.

How do I pause, skip or cancel?

Email hello@arcticorgans.com or use the manage subscription link in your account and in your order emails.

No notice period, no minimum number of orders, no phone call, no offer you have to decline three times. Tell us before your next charge date and it applies to that order.

The same goes for changing your delivery address, moving the date, or going to every six weeks instead of every four because you still have jars in the cupboard. Ask and it is done.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide, tracked.

Enter your address at checkout and the options appear. If your country will not go through, email hello@arcticorgans.com and we will sort it manually.

Some countries charge import duty or local tax when a parcel arrives. That is set by your country, not by us, we cannot pay it on your behalf and it is not something we can refund. Full detail in the shipping policy.

How long will my order take?

One to two working days to pick and pack, then three to five working days in transit. About five working days in total.

We hold our own stock, so nothing sits waiting on a supplier on the other side of the world.

You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on the track my order page. If your tracking has not moved for three working days, email us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

How do I return something?

Message hello@arcticorgans.com first, before you send anything back. This matters. Parcels that arrive here with no message attached cannot be matched to an order, which holds your refund up for weeks.

We reply with the return address and a reference to write on the parcel. Once the return is agreed, your refund is processed within three to seven working days, back to the card or account you paid with.

If your order turns up damaged, or a jar is missing, send us a photo of the parcel and the shipping label instead. We replace it and you keep what arrived. Nothing needs posting back.
