ARCTIC ORGANS

The science

No miracle molecule, no white coats, no borrowed studies. Just the nutrients your great grandfather ate every week and you almost certainly do not, what they actually do inside you, and why we built the jar the way we did.

Start with what this actually is

Reindeer Organ Complex is food. Freeze dried reindeer liver, reindeer heart, reindeer kidney and beef testicle, plus four arctic plants. There is no hormone in it, no stimulant, no synthetic isolate built in a lab. If you ate those same tissues off a plate you would be taking in the same nutrients.

So the honest question is not whether organ meat is powerful. The questions are why organs are nutrient dense in the first place, what those nutrients do once they are inside you, and why almost no man in the West eats them any more.

Why organs carry more than muscle

A steak is muscle. Muscle is mostly protein and water. It is a good food, but it is working tissue, not storage tissue, so it is not where an animal keeps its vitamins and minerals.

Organs are the opposite. They are where the body stores, filters and burns, and the nutrients collect there because that is where the animal needs them. Nothing mystical is going on. You are simply eating the concentrate instead of the lean cut.

Liver

The warehouse and the chemical plant. Liver is where the body banks preformed vitamin A as retinol, along with vitamin B12, folate, copper, iron and choline. It is one of the most nutrient dense foods there is, which is exactly why it was a weekly meal for most of human history.

Heart

A muscle that never gets a day off, and it is built accordingly. Heart tissue is dense in coenzyme Q10, which sits inside mitochondria and is part of how cells turn food into usable energy. Hard working tissue carries more of it. That is basic biochemistry, not marketing.

Kidney

Filters blood continuously, and is one of the richest food sources of selenium and vitamin B12 you can find. It is also the organ most people have never once considered eating.

Beef testicle

We will be straight with you here, because this is where supplement companies usually start telling stories. Testicle, often sold as orchic, is traditional nose to tail eating, and it is nutrient dense tissue carrying zinc and selenium. It is not a hormone. Nothing in this jar is a hormone and nothing in it works like one. Anyone who implies otherwise is selling you a feeling, not a fact.

What these nutrients actually do

These are the known, documented roles of the nutrients found in organ meats. They are statements about the nutrients, not promises about a capsule.

  • Preformed vitamin A, as retinol. Involved in normal vision, skin, immune function and iron metabolism. The plant form, beta carotene, has to be converted first, and how well people convert it varies a great deal.
  • Vitamin B12. Needed for red blood cell formation, normal function of the nervous system, energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is only found reliably in animal foods.
  • Folate. Works alongside B12 in cell division and amino acid metabolism.
  • Haem iron. Carries oxygen in the blood. The form found in red meat and organs is absorbed more readily than the iron in plants.
  • Zinc. Contributes to normal immune function, normal fertility and reproduction, and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
  • Selenium. Contributes to normal thyroid function, normal spermatogenesis, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
  • Copper. Involved in energy yielding metabolism, iron transport and normal connective tissue.
  • Choline. Contributes to normal lipid metabolism, normal homocysteine metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.
  • Coenzyme Q10. Part of the chain inside mitochondria that converts food into energy the cell can spend.

Read that list again and notice how ordinary it is. None of it is exciting. All of it is load bearing. A nutrient can only do its job if there is enough of it present, and that is the entire argument for eating organs. It is a modest argument, and it happens to be true.

Why modern diets are short of this

Two or three generations ago liver was a normal Tuesday. It was cheap, it was on every butcher's counter, and your grandmother knew three ways to cook it. Kidney went in a pie. Heart got stuffed and roasted.

Then the food system changed. Supermarkets built their meat aisles around muscle cuts because muscle cuts are easy to package, easy to price and easy to sell. Offal went to pet food and export. One generation stopped cooking it, so the next generation never learned, and by now most men have no idea what to do with it and no real appetite to find out.

We are not going to invent a percentage to make this feel scientific. Do the count yourself. Think back over the last month of your eating and total up the times organ meat was on your plate. For most men the answer is zero, and it has been zero for years. Plenty of protein, more than their grandfather ate in some cases, and almost none of the nutrient dense tissue that used to come with it.

What that has to do with how you feel

Careful reasoning matters more than a big claim here, so here is the honest version.

Feeling flat, sleeping badly, carrying weight around the middle, losing your drive: these things have many causes. Sleep debt. Alcohol. Stress. Not training. Too much bodyfat. Age. Prescribed medication. No capsule fixes a life you are not happy with, and anyone who tells you it does is lying to you.

What good nutrition does is take the shortfall off the list of explanations. If you are running low on iron, B12, zinc, selenium or vitamin A, your body cannot carry out its normal processes properly, and low energy and slow recovery are among the first places that shows up. Putting those nutrients back is not a transformation. It is releasing a handbrake. After that, the sleep, the training and the drinking are yours to sort out.

That is the reasoning behind this product in full. We would rather state it plainly and have you believe us than dress it up and have you find us out.

The four arctic plants, and why they are in there

Rhodiola rosea root, 33.75 mg

A hardy root that grows in cold, exposed ground across Scandinavia and Siberia, and has been used there for centuries. People take it for mental fatigue and the feeling of being under load. The research is genuinely interesting rather than settled, and we are not going to pretend it is settled.

Sea buckthorn fruit, 28.75 mg

Bright orange berries that grow wild on arctic coasts and survive conditions almost nothing else tolerates. They carry vitamin C, carotenoids, vitamin E and the omega 7 fatty acid palmitoleic acid.

Nettle leaf, 16.87 mg

A mineral rich leaf used across northern Europe for generations, traditionally taken by older men. Tradition is not proof, and the amount in here is small. We include it because it belongs in this formula, not because it is doing heavy lifting.

Peppermint leaf, 5 mg

The smallest amount in the jar, and it is there for comfort. Organ capsules can sit heavily on an empty stomach, and peppermint has been used to settle the gut for as long as people have been writing recipes down.

Those amounts are small and we print them anyway, rather than hiding them inside a proprietary blend. The plants support the organs in this formula, they are not the formula. The work is done by the Arctic Organ Blend at 337.50 mg per serving. Every figure is set out on the ingredients page.

Why freeze dried, and why that matters

Freeze drying means the fresh tissue is frozen solid, then the water is drawn off under vacuum at low temperature. The material is never cooked. Heat sensitive vitamins and cofactors come through this better than they do through roasting or high heat drying.

What is left is a dry powder that keeps without preservatives and weighs a fraction of the wet tissue. It also means you can simply swallow it. Two capsules, no taste, no texture, none of the reasons people gave up on liver in the first place.

Be honest about the dose

A serving is two capsules, 337.50 mg of organ blend. That is not the same as a plate of liver and we are not going to claim it is. What it is, is a daily intake of the nutrients modern eating leaves out, taken every single day, without you having to shop for offal or learn to cook it.

That is also why we only sell it as a subscription, one jar every four weeks. Nutrition works by accumulation, not by single doses. A jar bought once, taken for eleven days and then forgotten in a drawer does nothing for anybody. Thirty servings, every morning, two capsules with your biggest meal, where the fat in the food helps the fat soluble vitamins absorb.

Most men who take it would give it four to eight weeks before they would say anything out loud about it, and that fits how nutrient status actually changes. It is also why the guarantee runs for thirty days, so the money is not the thing standing in your way. Anything else you want to know is on the FAQ, or email us at hello@arcticorgans.com.

What we will not tell you

We will not quote a trial we have not read. We will not invent a percentage, borrow a doctor's name, or put a white coat on a stock photo. We will not tell you this raises your testosterone, strips fat off your waist or fixes your sleep, because we cannot know that and it would not be true.

What we will tell you is this. These are nutrient dense foods. The nutrients in them have known, well documented jobs in the human body. Most men are not eating them at all. Eating them again is a sensible thing to do. Where the research on individual ingredients is worth reading we lay it out with its limits intact on the clinical trials page, and why we started doing any of this is on our saga.

A food supplement, not a medicine

Reindeer Organ Complex is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated serving of two capsules per day. Liver is naturally high in preformed vitamin A, so this product is not suitable if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, and it should not be taken alongside other vitamin A or liver supplements. Keep out of reach of young children. If you take prescribed medication, have a medical condition, or are under eighteen, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
